• Name, email, mobile number
• Handicap index, gender and birth year (for divisions and categories)
• Home club, scores, scorecard photos
• Payment records (amount, date, reference). Card and e-wallet details stay with PayMongo.

What we use it for

• Running the league: accounts, divisions, scores, rankings, payments, refunds
• Contacting you about the league

Who sees it

• Public: your name, home club, handicap index and ranking
• Your home club: your contact details, payments and scores
• PayMongo: what is needed to process your payment
• No selling of personal data

How long we keep it

While your account is open, then up to 5 years for payment records.
